INTERPLAST come to test their another big CPVC pelletizing line

INTERPLAST come to test their another big CPVC pelletizing line. They are very big company and very cautious for new investment. They considered this project for 2 years and visited many factories. Finally they placed order to our company. Now they have two CPVC pelletizing line working in the workshop now.

This big CPVC pelletizing line adopt SJZ92-188 conic twin screw extruder. With new improvement, it produce CPVC granules for 600kg per hour. The die has new design, which will ensure the pressure inside screw and barrel. The air cooling pipe and silo has water jacekt, which will cool the material completely. The viberating screen has three layer and it has air cooling fan to help cooling the granules.
